Do not call the emergency service number unless it is the person’s first ever seizure, the seizure last longer than 5 minutes or they are having a cluster of seizures without a full recover between them both are Status Epilepticus which is dangerous and needs medical help, they are having trouble breathing,  sustain a significant injury during the seizure, the seizure occurs in water here they get water into their lungs, or if the are asking for help after the seizure.
